Cable Points - Seychelles' first Telecom Customer Loyalty Scheme


Cable & Wireless Seychelles (CWS) has launched the Seychelles' first Customer Loyalty Scheme in Telecommunications Services Industry - Cable Points.

Cable Points is a loyalty program that rewards CWS' customers for using Cable Prepaid services for doing what they do everyday - making calls, sending SMS & MMS and using mobile internet. The more services used, the more points are earned.

Customers can join and benefit from the scheme by using any of the services to the value of at least SR200 per month, either by spending it on calls, SMS, MMS or mobile internet and will automatically be included in the program absolutely FREE.

Commenting on the launch of the new loyalty scheme, CWS Chief Executive Mr. Charles Hammond said "At CWS we place the customer experience at the heart of all company core values, hence whilst we continue to invest to deliver a quality service, we also value customers' loyalty and wish to thank them through Cable Points. This is why we are proud to be the first Telecom Service Provider to initiate such a scheme".

CWS' customers can earn up to 10000 Cable Points in a year and the points are valid for a period of 2 years starting from the date of the first enrolment. Cable Points earned are not transferable and the customers can redeem the points anytime for bundles of local calls, local SMS and Mobile Data (internet). To check balances and redeem points, customers simply have to:

- Dial #155# from their mobile and follow the menu prompts; or
- Visit any of our Customer Services Centres; or
- Call 100 (free)

The launch of the CWS Customer Loyalty Scheme has been launched addressing Cable Prepaid customers, as this service is the larger component of our market, however more CWS services will feature under the scheme in the future.
