We are pleased to announce the launching of a new service entitled Missed Call Alert.
As the name implies, this service is designed to inform customers of any calls they may have missed when their mobile phone was off or out of the coverage area.
Customers are informed of the missed calls through an automated SMS notifying them of the phone number , date and time of the call.
The MCA service consists of three different packages each with its own added services.
Some of these services are:
- I'mBack allows subscribers to notify the callers when they reconnect to or becomeavailable on the network.
- AlertMe2 allows customers to nominate a second number to which all MCA notifications will be sent to, as well as their own personal number
- I'mAway enables customers to send a personalized SMS to people who are trying to reach them and are unable to do so.
