What is Plug & Play Internet?

Plug & Play Internet allows your 3G enabled USB modem to connect to our 3G+ network using your PC or Laptop or to the EDGE network where 3G+ isn't available yet.

What is 3G+?

3G+ is a high speed mobile data network from C&W available in selected coverage areas to start with. The technology allows you to wirelessly connect to the internet, email and other web based applications from your laptop and PC via a USB modem at Broadband speeds.

Usage is measured in Kilobytes (Kb), Megabytes (MB) and Gigabytes (Gb) where 1Mb = 1,024 Kb and 1 Gb equals 1,024 Mb. As an example, a typical music track is approximately 5Mb, and a 2 hour DVD quality film is approximately 1Gb. Uploading to the internet (e.g. sending photos and emails) also counts as usage.
