I don’t have a Cable & Wireless phone, how can I use the card?

You can either get a Cable Prepaid/Postpaid SIM card or use the card on any of our payphones. Our SIM cards are available in all the retailers’ shops and at our Customer Service Centres.

What phone can I use with the Aldabra card?

The card is to be used on any Cable & Wireless phone:

  • Fixed line
  • Fixed cellular
  • Cable Postpaid
  • Cable Prepaid
  • Payphones

Am I going to be charged anything on my regular phone?

No. As long as you use the 107 access number, you will not get charged anything extra.

I am on Cable Prepaid; will I be consuming my credits when using Aldabra?

No. Your top up credits will remain the same as long as you are using Aldabra to make your international call.
