Chief Executive
The Chief Executive of Cable & Wireless Seychelles is Charles Hammond. His office is based in Mercury House, Francis Rachel Street in Victoria.

Network Operations
The aim of the Network Operations division is to bring technical direction and support to the business through total business engagement with Business Development, Customer Operations, Information System and Finance.

The key groups within Networks are:

  • Earth Station and Radio Services
  • Switching and Transmission
  • Customer Technical Solution
  • International Operations.
The prime responsibilities and activities can be broken down to:
  • planning - network utilisation and expansion
  • build - expanding our available network elements
  • provide - connecting up our customer with services
  • operate - monitoring of our network
  • assure - providing maintenance and service consistency
  • billing - ensuring proper CDR collection
Marketing services
The Marketing Services Office undertakes the following activities:
  • corporate communications
  • marketing communications
  • research and evaluation

  • pricing analysis

  • management of product & services portfolio of CWS
  • development of new products & services

Customer operations
The Customer Operations Division was established in November 1998. It was set up to bring about more focused service management functionality with the view to deliver Customer Service with a high degree of responsiveness and excellence.

The primary role of the division is to ensure timely, efficient and quality provisioning of services to satisfy the needs of the customers of Cable & Wireless Seychelles Ltd. The division also ensures that process and systems are in place in the Company to ensure that service provisioning and service support is continuously improved within the framework of quality, cost effectiveness and timeliness in order to meet customers' needs.

It is also made up of all the core functions that are involved with pre and post provision of service.
