What is cable e-bill?
Cable e-Bill is a password-protected internet application that gives
you a great opportunity to view information about your bills . . . on-line!
You can log on to the application to:
- view your past six months bills
- download your itemised call details
- search for any listed telephone, fax or telex number
Benefits for you!
- access your bills for the last six months on-line, day or night!
- monitor, control and manage your calls! Simply download your call details
to your PC any time you wish and then using a friendly application (i.e. Excel),
analyse at your convenience!
- get all this at your fingertips.
How to apply?
To subscribe to Cable e-Bill you can either visit us at one of our
Customer Services Centres in Victoria, on Praslin or La Digue or write a letter
to request for the service. For your own security, you may need to produce a
proof of identity.
Once your application is successful, you will be given a username and password.
To prevent any unauthorised access to your billing information, please keep
your username and password strictly confidential.
Cost
There is no registration fee and no monthly subscription charge for
Cable e-Bill.
How do you use it?
Simply follow these four easy steps:
- get on to the Cable & Wireless website www.cwseychelles.com
- click on the Cable e-Bill option on the front page
- on the login page, enter your username and password and then press Enter
- if you’ve entered the correct username and password, you’ll see an introduction page that can navigate through the site. There are five main options, which you can choose from the Menu Panel:
- billing: Gives you access to your billing and itemised call details
- download bill info: Download your call details to your computer
- change Username: Allows you to change your username whenever you wish
- change password: Your password should be kept secret. Use this option to change it at any time
- log out: You should always log out after using Cable e-Bill so that your information is kept confidential
