In a move designed to enhance convenience and accessibility for its long-term customers, Cable & Wireless Seychelles (CWS) has opened a new Customer Service Centre at the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation (SPTC) bus terminal in Victoria, a location that sees some of the highest daily foot traffic on Mahe.

Recognising that many customers lead busy lives, often juggling work, errands, and family responsibilities, CWS has taken deliberate steps to bring its services closer to where people already are. The SPTC Victoria bus terminal, a bustling hub for both residents and tourists, was a natural choice.

"Our goal has always been to make our services as accessible and customer-friendly as possible," said Mr Dan Crea, Head of Sales and Customer Service at CWS. "By situating this Centre in such a central and active location, we are ensuring that our customers and members of the public can receive support quickly and conveniently during the course of their day".

This new Centre is open to all, whether long-time subscribers or first-time visitors to the island. Notably, the Centre offers shopper-friendly hours compared to other branches, from 7:30 in the morning to 6 in the evening, providing greater flexibility for those who may find it challenging to visit during traditional business hours.

While this development underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its physical footprint, customers are also reminded of the numerous digital options available to them. CWS continues to support a wide range of online services all designed to ensure 24/7 availability.

"Even as we grow our in-person presence, we remain dedicated to enhancing and promoting our digital platforms," added Mr Crea. "The aim is to provide seamless support- whether that means walking into a Centre or logging in from home".

This new Centre at the SPTC Victoria bus terminal highlights CWS’ evolving approach to customer service- blending modern convenience with a strong focus on accessibility and daily user needs.
