The kiosks are cleaned on a daily basis and deep cleaned on a weekly basis as part of routine maintenance. We advise customers to practice good hygiene by using hand sanitiser or washing hands before and after using the kiosk.

1. We encourage our customers to avoid visiting our customer service centres and to make use of our online platforms for bill payment. 

2. We are only allowing a number of customers into our centers at any one point in time, customers are advised to remain 1.5 meters apart whilst waiting 

3. We have increased the number of cable kiosks available across districts so that you can access our services 24/7
